Paellas & Fideuás
Paella & Fideuás are traditional Spanish dishes made with saffron-flavored rice or noodles and a variety of meats, seafood, and vegetables, originating from the rice-growing areas on Spain's Mediterranean coast, especially associated with the region of Valencia.
100% Spanish Wine List
"VINO TINTO" translated to Spanish means "RED WINE". This project focuses on SPANISH gastronomy, wine and culture which has been proven a favourite among Singapore diners in the last 15 years. Our restaurant features the largest Spanish wine selection in Dempsey Hill.
