Gambas al ajillo - fresh prawns soaked in garlic chips and chili oil served over a thin layer of potato puree - my favourite tapa dishFideua de scallop & Cerdo Iberico - generously topped with sweet hokkaido scallops, padron peppers and Iberico pork slices which were very tasty without being greasyCarabinero prawns - also tasty, paired with couscous, though the red prawns were a bit small in sizeChurros - fried to perfection, crispy outside and tender inside, with just the right sweetnessThis is so far the most authentic Spanish restaurant I've dined at in Singapore. It was my first time dining at Tinto to celebrate my friend’s birthday.Overall it was a good experience, food and service were really good. The ambience of the place is quite cozy as well.The Paellas were really good, the meat and flavour just tastes so good. The paella took a while to be served, but it was well worth the wait. We were especially impressed with the pork rib—it was incredibly tender and crispy. The tapas were decent, and there’s a kids’ menu available. Prices are on the higher side, but it’s a great spot for a special occasion.
